Shared Attention

Aside from the poster, the other thing I made for the CDG book club reading of Thinking, Fast and Slow was a quick tool to share excerpts with the group.

Participants could take a picture on their phones using a local website (upload.html), and that picture would show up on the big screen so everyone could look at it.

It had some technical difficulties and people weren't completely into using it (mostly my fault), but when it worked, it was really nice to have a shared object of attention that we were all pointing at and focusing on. It felt like it really grounded the conversation.
